How can i get free ring tones, without premium messaging and using a usb cord?

i have an lg dare and a usb cord can with it, and vcast music costs a lot, and i just want free ring tones WITHOUT premium messaging. please help.

You can get them to the phone but you probably can get them to be set as a ringtone. I suggest that you get the messaging that includes mms it's the easiest way to send yourself ringtones for free. Verizon cripples their phones to stop this so keep trying.
