most phone companies don't allow for this. they actually lock the ringtone to the phone. what you can do, (like if you have t-mobile) is call customer care, 611 from your t-mobile phone, tell the customer care representative, and if you are sweet and nice they'll probably resend them to your new phone.
References :
It might depend on the phone. I have an Ipaq and my wife has a RAZR. I turned on the bluetooth on both phones. I then establish a connection between the two. It will ask for a passcode. Go the the actual file you want to transfer and send via bluetooth. Because I have the Ipaq it allows me to do more than her RAZR. So I guess if your new phone has the ability then you can use it to not only send but grab info from the older one. I was able to send mp3s, photos and contact info to the RAZR because my HP Ipaq allow me to. If I knew your phone models maybe I could have been more help. Sorry.
